Chiu Chow Hop Shing Dessert Shop, Hong Kong

After dinner Teddy took us to one of his favorite dessert shop called Chiu Chow Hop Shing. Serving up Chiu Chow Style Tong Shui (Dessert Soup) Chiu Chow Hop Shing
is popular among locals and tourists because of its wide variety of toppings that customers can choose from to go with their Tong Shui. In addition, one could also order are also a variety of fixed desserts.

Teddy, Stanley and I each custom ordered our own Tong Shuis and also ordered a bowl of Yong Yuen to share. Eric who isn't a fan of sweet soups ordered a plate of Fruit Jelly.

Overall the Tong Shuis here are pretty good. It wasn't too sweet and I like the fact that we could choose from over 100 different toppings to go with our soup.
