is popular among locals and tourists because of its wide variety of toppings that customers can choose from to go with their Tong Shui. In addition, one could also order are also a variety of fixed desserts.
Teddy, Stanley and I each custom ordered our own Tong Shuis and also ordered a bowl of Yong Yuen to share. Eric who isn't a fan of sweet soups ordered a plate of Fruit Jelly.
Teddy's Cold Tong Shui of Lotus Seeds, Mung Bean, Chestnut and Chinese Jello
Stanley's Hot Tong Shui of Fu Chook (Beancurd Sheets and Hard Boiled Egg)
My Hot Tong Shui of Fu Chook Yee Mai (Beancurd Sheets and Barley)
Sesame Tong Yuen (Stuffed Sesame Glutinous Rice Balls
Eric's Fruit Jelly
Overall the Tong Shuis here are pretty good. It wasn't too sweet and I like the fact that we could choose from over 100 different toppings to go with our soup.
