Breakfast Buffet @ Le Meridien, Bangkok

It’s been a while since I had breakfast in my Hotel as I usually opt for the gym before heading out for work. Since this was Wayne's first visit to Le Meridien Bangkok, we went for some breakfast so he could check out the buffet spread.

Typical of most Asian Five Star Hotels the buffet offering was huge catering to most people's breakfast needs. Breads, Cereals, Chicken Curry, Dim Sum, Salad, Grilled Sausages, Fruit Juices, Salads, Smoked Meats and even Sorbet, you name it they pretty much have it.

What makes Le Meridien Bangkok's breakfast different from other hotel breakfast is their live cooking station that offered not only your typical cooked to order Eggs but also a Noodle Bar, Grill Station and a Waffle and Crepe Station.

Waffles, Pancakes and Smoked Salmon on Brioche

In addition, there were signature breakfast items created by Michelin-Star Chef Jean George Vongerichten such as Poached Egg with Smoked Salmon Brioche, Spinach Crepe and Meat Loaf.

All in all, Le Meridien Bangkok's Breakfast Buffet is one of the best I've had among the Starwood Properties I've stayed in. Not only was there something for everyone but the quality was also good.
