Dishes include your regular Sashimi, Maki's, Sushi, Grilled Meats and Seafood, Assorted Teppanyaki, Sukiyaki, Braised Dishes and Steamed Dishes. However what makes Inahotei stand out is the offering of "Toro". Yes... you heard me right, Inahotei is the only place I know that includes Toro as part of their Buffet! And to top it all off nearly everything we ordered was delicious!
Premium Sashimi Moriawase

Order their premium Sashimi Moriawase and you will get your Chu-Toro served. It is fresh and melts in your mouth. We ordered four plates of these just for the Chu-Toro.
Unagi Maki

The Maki had a too much rice relative to the filling.
Unagi and Saba Sushi

Similar to the Maki there was too much Sushi Rice for my liking. The Unagi was also served cold.
Beef Tenderloin Teppanyaki

The Beef Tenderloin was perfectly cooked as ordered to Medium. It was very tender and well seasoned.
Ebi Tempura

The best Prawn Tempura I've had was at Blowfish in Toronto but Inahotei's version was close. The Prawns were very fresh maintaining a nice bouncy texture and the Tempura Batter was light and crispy.
Grilled Chicken Cartilage

This is really hard to find in many Japanese Restaurants around the world except for maybe Japan. But in most Japanese Restaurants in China you could order it. The Chicken Cartilage was good but it did not looked Grilled but rather Fried.
Braised Sea Bream Head

The sauce was thick and sweet with a hint of Ginger. Being a Sea Bream the head was gelatinous and was fork tender. Really delicious!
Uni Chawan Mushi

The Egg was really soft and the dashi stock added some sweetness. You could definitely taste the Uni (Sea Urchin) in the egg.
Inaho Tei is definitely one of my favorite places for Japanese Buffet. There were a lot more dishes we could have ordered but we stuffed ourselves on the Sashimi and had no room to order anything else.
