Caramelized Octopus Tentacles with Cashew Nuts

This was my first time having such a Dim Sum dish. It was sweet and sticky. The Octopus Tentacles were actually quite dense in texture.
Siu Mai

Shrimp Dumpling: Har Kow

The Shrimp Dumpling here was really good! The skin was thin and the Prawns were very fresh
Shanghainese Pork Dumplings (Xiao Long Bao)

Malaysian Lo Mai Kai

Stir Fried Raddish Cake with XO Sauce

Deep Fried Yam Dumplings

Spring Roll

Yong Tau Food

Roast Crispy Pork

The Cripsy Pork was quite good. The Skin was crispy and had the right amount of Fat.
Preserved Egg and Pork Congee

Egg Tart

Braised Lamb Shank

Drunken Chicken

Roast Spare Rib Skewer

Not very good. The Pork Ribs were served cold and was very hard to chew on.
Deep Fried Nam Yue Pork Ribs

Braised Bok Choy in Superior Stock

Wonton Noodles with US Beef

My favorite Noodle Dish. The Noodles have a really good Springy Texture and the Beef was super soft and had a nice Oyster Sauce Flavor.
Hand Made La Mian with Spicy Beef Brisket

Another really good Noodle dish. The Brisket was very tender and was very good with the Chili Oil. The Noodles had a nice Springy texture as well.
Shanghainese Wo Ba

Eric ordered this dish which he had in Shanghai. I'm pretty sure Grand Imperial modified it here to include Soy Beans with Sambal. Basically we top the Rice Crispy with the Minced Pork and Soy Bean with Sambal.
Peking Duck

The Peking Duck looked really good but was disappointing because they left the Skin inside the Crepe way too long before serving it.
Pan Fried Pumpkin Cake

Mango Pudding

Mango and Pomelo with Sago Dessert Soup

This was definitely Dim Sum overkill as we ordered not only the usual Dim Sum dishes but also all the specials that were available during Sunday such as their Drunken Chicken, Braised Lamb Brisket and Nam Yue Pork Ribs. I wasn't the only one that thought Grand Imperial served good Dim Sum. My relatives from Hong Kong also felt the same.

whats the difference b/t Malaysian style Lo Mai Kai and traditional Cantonese style?
Traditional Cantonese Lo Mai Kai is usually White in Color and is wrapped in Lotus Leaf and usually just contain some Minced Chicken
The Malaysian Version contains Chicken, Mushroom, Chinese Sausage and is seasoned with Soy Sauce and Dark Soy Sauce which give it a dark brown color. :)
