8lb Lobster @ Best Dragon Seafood Restaurant

I never knew there existed a Cantonese Restaurant around the Yonge and Steeles area till my buddy Baldwin treated me for dinner at Best Dragon Seafood Restaurant. Located in a plaza just right opposite Canadian Tire on Steeles just west of Yonge, Baldwin recommended Best Dragon for their cheap and good Lobsters.

Steamed Oyster with XO Sauce

The Oyster was not overcooked with the XO Sauce not overpowering the natural sweetness of the Oyster.

8lb Stir-Fried Lobster in Soy Glaze with Fried Garlic

8lb Lobster
Our Lobster was perfectly cooked with the meat maintaining a nice chewy and bouncy texture. The Soy-Glazed gave the lobster a nice Caramelized Flavor while the Fried Garlic added a nice depth in flavor.

Stir-Fry Morning Glory with Fermented Bean Curd

The Morning Glory had a nice crunchy texture but was a little too oily for my liking.

Lobster Roe Fried Rice

The Fried Rice was Excellent! The Roe was fried to crisp texture which complemented the soft long-grain rice.

Best Dragon definitely serves up some really good Cantonese Food and to top it off it is really cheap! Our lobster was priced at $10.99/lb which is about the same price as purchasing a fresh Lobster to be cooked at home from TNT!

Food: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 2.5/5
Price: $$$$$ (Approximately USD $50 per person. It's only this price because we ordered an 8b lobster for two. Otherwise it's alot cheaper!)
