There are quite a few restaurants at the Hua Hin Market all offering similar menus and fresh Seafood. Confused over which restaurant to eat in we picked KO Seafood because it had the most people.
Ordering was simple, choose whatever was on the seafood tray and pick the style we would like it cooked. We ordered four extra large Tiger Prawns to be BBQ and it was delicious. The meat was firm and juicy and the roe was really creamy.
For our second dish we had a Steam Tilapia with chili and lime. The fish was moist and the lime and chili sauce was not too spicy for our pallet.
Our Seafood dishes also came with a complimentary side of Stir Fried Morning Glory and Fried Rice both of which were not bad.
Pork Panaeng Curry was rather mild in heat and a little on the sweet side. What I did like was the texture of the pork neck which had a nice chewy texture.
Our last dish was the Sizzling Chicken. It was way oily and way too salty even when we had it with some rice.
Overall the food was good value considering this to be a tourist area. Our food only cost us around THB1410.
