Brick Toast @ Mousses Berry, J Avenue-Thonglor

Following our Japanese Buffet Mild was craving for some dessert. We headed up a couple of streets from Oishi to Mousses Berry a Cafe that houses both iberry and Mousses & Meringue.





We ordered a Brick Toast that included two scoops of Ice Cream of our choice and a side of Whipped Cream and Honey. This was a carb and sugar overdose but it was soooo good!



The Toast had a crispy crust and was fluffy on the inside and was slathered in butter. For our Ice Cream we had a Coconut-Almond Ice Cream and a Pistachio Sorbet. The Coconut-Almond Ice Cream was creamy and had a very strong Coconut Flavor. The combination of Ice Cream, Crispy Butter Toast, Almond Slices and Whip Cream was definitely sweet but addictive.
