Japanese Buffet @ Yang's Kitchen, Markham

We held our company's annual dinner at Yang's Kitchen this year. A popular all-you-can-eat Japanese Restaurant the menu at Yang's Kitchen is quite extensive serving a number of Rolls, Salads, Teppanyaki Meats, Tempura, Skewered Meats, Sashimi and much more.










Ordering nearly every item on the menu I find the quality of their cooked food to be very good comparable with Akina and Ten-Ichi. The Sashimi and Sushi however wasn't very fresh and their rolls were so-so.










Overall Ten-Ichi and Akina are still my favorite places for Japanese All-You-Can-Eat. The quality is better especially their Sashimi and Rolls.
