Japanese Buffet @ Fushimi, Markham

It's been quite a while since I last visited an All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Restaurant in Toronto. Having eaten in most Japanese Buffet Restaurants around the Markham, Richmond Hill and Scarborough area we stumbled upon Fushimi which replaced A Taste of Japan.

Overall the quality and variety of the Dishes in Fushimi were quite good. Favorites of mine included their Salmon Martini, BC Tuna Tataki and Walnut Shrimp. The service was pretty efficient with most of the dishes coming within 10 minutes from ordering.
