Scrambled Eggs @ Australia Dairy Company, Hong Kong

My friends took me for some typical Hong Kong Western Style Breakfast at Australia Dairy Company on Jordan Street. According to them this place is popular among locals for their Scrambled Eggs, Efficient Serving Speed and Bad Attitude.
We arrived with a long queue upon arrival but it took us no more than 15 minutes before we were seated. The turnover of the restaurant was amazingly quick with our food arriving within 5 minutes upon order.

The eggs were pretty good in flavor although the Scrambled Eggs were not the fluffiest I had. This maybe because it was scrambled with just eggs without the addition of cream or butter. The Toast we had was good. It had a light crisp but was very soft in the center.
