Sizzling Pork Knuckle @ Restaurant in HK

My friends took me for some local Hong Kong Dai Chow at this restaurant in New Territories. Located in some a small alley the restaurant operates on two separate neighboring shop lots and was quite full even on a weekday.

I really enjoyed their Roast Goose. The Skin was Crispy and the Meat was tender and seasoned just right.

Steamed Scallops with Minced Garlic

The Scallops was another favorite of mine. The Minced Garlic really complimented the sweetness of the Fresh Scallop.

Signature Pork Knuckle

The Pork Knuckle was fork tender and soaked in a Black Pepper Sauce. It was flavor packed dish that was quite good. Nearly every table ordered this dish.

Stir-Fried Clams with Black Bean Sauce

The Sauce was a little too salty for my liking and over-powered the natural sweetness of the clams. I didn't really like this dish.

Chicken Casserole

We were too stuffed to eat the Chicken. The soup was quite good and the meat was falling of the bone. It was our least favorite of the dishes because it was rather bland compared with everything else we ordered.
