Many Chinese people in Toronto tend to have a favorite restaurant that they would go for Dim Sum regularly. For me it has to be Dragon Dynasty. For 8 years I've been coming to this place and for a good reason. Dragon Dynasty probably offers the widest variety of Dim Sum in Toronto and it is one of the few places that still have aunties pushing traditional carts to serve it.
Traditional Dim Sum on offer includes Pau, Dumplings (Siu Mai and Har Gow), Fried Items (Wu Kok, Spring Rolls), Baked Items (Egg Tarts, Char Siew Chan Bao) and much more. In addition, one could also order daily specials such as Clay Pot Rice, BBQ Meats, Noodles, Soups and Fried Dumplings.
With just the four of us we ordered the following dishes to share:
Scallop Dumplings
Boiled Dao Miu
Har Gow
Sharksfin Soup
Steam Chicken with King Oyster Mushroom
Shrimp and Dao Miu Dumpling
Beef Cheong Fan
Stir-Fry Ho Fan
Steam Bean Curd Roll
Taufu Fa
We also had Egg-Tarts which I did not take shot off because my camera ran out of batteries.
The food is still pretty good and it cost us CAD $60 including tips and taxes for everything we had. The service may not be the greatest but this is still my favorite place to have Dim Sum!

The hor fun looks so healthy. Like a typical western style stir fry which don't have burned parts & lard.
