Favorite Classics @ Dave's Deli, KL

After going through a major face-lift several months back, Dave’s Deli is open for business serving their timeless classics but with a much brighter and airier environment.



Ox-Tail Soup

A favorite of mine at Dave's since I was a kid. The Ox-Tail was fork tender and the soup was full bodied from the herbs and spices used. I loved the addition of Fried Shallots which gave it an extra dose of flavor.


Grilled Foot Long Sausage

Another classic. The Chicken Sausage was definitely processed but it was still good. What I liked most was their Cole Slaw.


Grilled Chicken Chop

Simple but really good. The chicken was crispy from being pressed grilled and was juicy.


Chicken Schnitzel

Eric's main. The Schnitzel although not pan-fried evenly was quite tender.


Dave's Roast Beef Panini Sandwich

This was a killer sandwich. The combination of crispy Panini, melt in your mouth cheese, soft pineapple and tender roast beef is indescribable.


Steak and Mushroom Pie

Another classic of Dave's Deli. Tender chunks of Beef that's enclosed in a Puff Pastry.


Despite giving their One Utama outlet a much needed face lift I am glad they did not change any of their classics. The food we had was the way I remembered it to be when I was a child simple but really good.
