Pork Dishes @ S.Wine, Publika

A bunch of my High-School Friends met up for lunch in Publika over the weekend. We decided on "S.Wine" since a number of us have not tried the place. Located inside BIG Grocery Store, S.Wine specializes in Pork serving dishes from different regions.

Grilled Lemongrass Pork Chops

The Pork Chop was very tender but the flavor was a little light.


Sloppy Piggy Burger with Mexicana Pulled Pork

Their Pork Burger is actually pretty good. The Patty was very moist and worked really well with the Brioche.

Momofoku Inspired Pork Buns

Tender Braised Pork Belly that is sandwiched inside a soft Mantao. It was a decent combination both flavor and texture.
